DADDIE'S PRAYER

Amid the challenges we are having in 2020 and everyone wanting to either Uninstall it already or get another version of it and mostly with this corona issue and business going down on its knees, people getting retrenched, pay cuts and all that, I could be termed insane if I tried to celebrate something but Hey it's my daughter's third birthday.

Three years and nine months ago A woman I love and cherish gave me an offer to become a Dad and I thank God I picked that offer and Nine months later An amazing Princess whom I have also come to love and cherish made me a dad and today she turns three years old and I can't believe that am also now a 3year old dad. I would say it's been an experience and a story of love and learning.From not knowing what she really wants when she cries to now when she can say she wants to speak to Dad over the phone and ask for kebab and yoghurt,a dress and some shoes, she misses you and even ask you if you love her and where you are going.......... Kids are such a blessing but this bundle here is more than just a blessing.Sitting at work and everything is over the roof and thinking about her and walking up to her creates a feeling that no words can explain.

Kaitlyn as you turn three today, I wish to speak God's blessing upon your life, I wish to speak good health, knowledge, understanding, wisdom, love,kindness,prosperity, joy, gentleness and goodness.May the good Lord always bless your going out and your coming in, May his Angels always be around you,may you never loose faith in the Good Lord but rather grow strong in faith and in serving HIM and only HIM. May you always want the best for your self but be content with what you have, May your cup be always full and when it overflows may your hand be always ready to help other people. May your heart be open to see the needs of other people more than your eyes are, May the struggles and tribulations of this world never crush you and when they are so heavy and you feel so weak May you always remember you are a stronger and better fighter on your knees praying. May you be the pride of people but never allow the pride get into your head. Darling This world is not fair to all and as you grow you shall agree with me, People will wrong you coz that is what happens to good people with good hearts but baby remember one thing: when someone wrongs you write that on sand so that the winds of forgiveness can blow it away and that way the hurting will reduce and die slowly, Do not keep a scar in your heart that is not what the heart is meant for, The heart is meant for happiness, love and good memories.When someone does something good to you engrave it on stone and always pray for them and by doing that the good deed will come back to them and God will bless you when they Thank HIM for you.

Always remember that You are A gem and Mum and Dad loved you even before you came into this world, We stayed up at night praying and upto date we keep thanking God for you and even if south decides to go to North or East to West,We will always Love you, cherish you and above all PRAY for you. We will always pray that the decisions we make for you will always be right and that we do not make a bad decision for you as we would also not wish you make one for yourself. Remember Honesty is a virtue that we wish you will hold in your chest like a badge and whenever you are wrong please remember to admit and learn from it.
